Eiichi Kawai
Eiichi Kawai studied bass under Tamio Kawabata and sound programming under Ayumu Kohinata. He began DJing in 1989 and is now known for a distinctive cross-genre selection style centered on leftfield sounds.
He has organized parties such as Shalom with Raphael Sebbag and Surf & Turf with Kei Tomihisa, exciting crowds through spaces shaped by a clear and refined aesthetic.
With his unit stereo 28, he has contributed tracks to compilations such as Flower Records’ F.E.E.L. As a guitarist, he has also performed actively, joining the band Quadra with Haruo Togashi and taking part in sessions with K-SWITCH, jimania and others.
