Akira Arasawa (Chill Mountain Rec)

Tokyo-based producer Akira Arasawa has released numerous tracks from Chill Mountain, with his music supported by DJs such as Acid Pauli, Prins Thomas, NHII, Mika Dutsch, AMEME, Robbie Akbal and Iñigo Vontier. In Japan, his work has also been supported by artists including YO.AN, Ground, SUNGA and MAMAZU.

He has appeared on Ibiza’s Radio Sonica, delivering live streams from the playa d'en Bossa studio in 2022 and 2023. In 2024 he performed around the world, including AIR HOUSE in Korea, Goulash Disko and MODEM Festival in Croatia, Wonderfruit in Thailand and Mexico’s renowned club M.N. Roy.

His productions have been released on international labels including Chill Mountain Record, WAYU, Shango Records, Lump Records, KOSA, SABI, TOTEM TRAXX and AKBAL RECORD. His play style is groovy and psychedelic, moving from deep house and organic house to nu-tribal disco, creating the feeling of travelling across the world through sound.
